Start only from a staff-issued checkout
American Dream Motors staff must first confirm your deal and create the hosted checkout for that transaction. Do not pay a wallet address, QR image, or link sent through an unverified channel.
Compare the checkout with the written deal
Confirm the U.S.-dollar total, crypto amount, asset, network, processor fee, and quote or expiration window. If anything differs from the written deal or the checkout expires, stop and ask the team to review or replace it.
Understand the payment window and network
Cryptocurrency prices, network fees, and confirmation times can change. Send only the exact supported asset and network shown in the current checkout. Using a different network can make recovery difficult or impossible.
Review the current fee before sending
Do not rely on a fee percentage from an older page or conversation. The current written deal or hosted checkout must show any cryptocurrency-specific processor fee before payment.
Wait for authenticated status
A public blockchain record can show that a network transaction exists, but it does not by itself prove that the correct dealership checkout received and cleared the correct amount. The team verifies the authenticated processor status before delivery.

The specific checkout and purchase documents identify the payment path for the transaction. Ask the team to explain that path before you send anything.
What happens if I send crypto but change my mind?
Once a crypto payment is broadcast and confirmed on the blockchain, it is final — unlike a card payment, it cannot be reversed. Confirm your deal with your sales rep before you send anything.
Which blockchain network do I send on?
Use only the exact asset and network displayed in the hosted checkout. Never infer the network from a coin name or reuse details from another transaction.
Can I see proof my payment went through?
You may have a wallet or network transaction record, but the dealership relies on the authenticated processor status for the specific checkout. Keep your records and wait for the team’s confirmation before treating the payment as received.
