How we handle your information.

We are a family-run car lot. We collect only what we need to help you find a vehicle and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell your information.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and message when you contact the lot.
• Your vehicle interest: the vehicles and services you ask about so we can respond accurately.
• Basic site analytics: pages visited and advertising attribution used to improve the site and measure advertising.

How we use it

We use your information to answer inquiries, confirm and remind you about appointments, follow up about vehicles, complete a sale, and meet our legal obligations as a licensed Virginia dealer (VA Dealer #57550).

Text messaging terms

Providing a phone number or agreeing to be contacted does not, by itself, authorize text messages. We send a text only when you separately select an optional SMS checkbox or explicitly ask us to send a one-time text, such as a secure progress link. That permission applies only to the text messaging described when you give it.

If you separately opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

What we share

We share information only with providers that help operate our CRM, messaging, and website; with lenders you ask us to contact; and where the law requires it.

Credit application information

If you choose the secure credit application, we collect the housing, employment, income, identity, and consent information needed for the dealership finance process. Sensitive identity fields such as SSN, date of birth, and driver-license details use a protected finance intake and encrypted storage. They are never sent to analytics or an ordinary website lead form.

You may separately choose to attach front and back photos of a driver license. We re-encode selected photos to remove embedded photo metadata, encrypt the copies at rest, limit access to documented finance work, and automatically delete them after 180 days. The photos are not required to submit the application.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party analytics and advertising measurement to understand site use, vehicle interest, and campaign performance. You can turn it off at any time with the Disable ad measurement control in the footer, and turn it back on the same way. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals automatically.

Measurement providers may include Google, Meta, TikTok, CarGurus, and Cloudflare. We use a browser event identifier and a matching server event identifier so providers can avoid counting the same conversion twice. We do not send chat messages, credit-application identity fields, names, phone numbers, or email addresses to advertising providers. Credit, private deal/status, resume, and payment-result pages do not load advertising measurement or live chat. Withdrawing measurement removes our local measurement identifiers and stops new optional measurement events from this site.

Live chat

If you open live chat, we store the messages needed to answer you and may use an AI assistant to prepare or provide a response. Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment or bank details, or driver-license information in chat. Sensitive patterns are blocked or redacted and the conversation is routed to a dealership team member. Chat transcripts are not sent to advertising providers.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete eligible contact information, or ask us to stop contacting you. Review the data deletion instructions.
